Artist's Comments
My use of the flash on my camera resulted in the shine on the fire, eyes, horns, and claws. Those areas are where I used a special reflective paint to make it shiny. 
That dragon is a spirit dragon, to explain its design and coloration. And, all of the people on the horses are lizard-people, except for the ones on the red and black horses. And the black horse is not really a horse, but a unicorn.
The stuff in the lower left corner is a quote, done in the shiny paint, and it's in a language I created. And the signature is the only somewhat creative one I have ever done. And I think I just used the word "and" way too many times.
This was done on a 9x12 inch canvas, in acrylics.
EDIT: Gave him canines and improved highlights. Yey. Oh shoot, now the picture's crooked. Dang it. I'm a terrible photographer.
EDIT: I've got a better picture up! Enjoy. Although, it still doesn't show the painting as good as it is in real life. Oh well. And...THE CAMERA STRAP GOT IN THE PICTURE AND I DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL NOW! Grrrrrr....
